The cheat activation seems really bugged. I'm lucky to get it to activate at all, but then it stops working pretty quickly. I try every version and usually none of them will prepare. :(

So I think I figured it out, and I'll leave this so other people can see. I closed everything, ran Plitch as Administrator, and opened Hellpoint from inside Plitch. Then I opened my saved game and then it let me ready the codes. :D
