I just noticed that the image on the code is for Death Gambit and not the Afterlife, is that why the codes are not working? Afterlife came like 4 months ago, I am paying for this service and expect to get new game added sooner.

I'm sorry about the delay. Due to the last patch we have to redo all of the cheats. 
It's still on the to-do list.
