Wasn't sure if you're aware, but when you have 2 cities on one planet, the Cities cheats only work on the first city.

We've never played to the point where you have 2 cities 🤔
Can you send me your savegame?
You should be able to find it here
C:\Users\(your User Name)\AppData\Local Low\Grey Wolf Entertainment\Pax Nova
and can upload it (for example) on wetransfer, generate a link and post it in the forum
