Citizens needs

Hey Guys hope that you are good - sorry was trying to attach a screenshot. You always do a superb job and have added a way to increase goods, however even with this its impossible to meet the needs of the citizens?? No matter what I do my needs are always in the red?? I know that the game is still in early access and still being worked on but the needs just seem totally off the wall?? Any thoughts additions, suggestions??
