I don't necessarily have the same problem but it just takes LONG to load even running on a PCI-E Gen4 NVMe SSD.
Even with the update we pushed earlier for version 1.0.8

the other two  Please open a ticket so you can send us your logs you do not want to share them in a public space!

I also started having this problem today (Oct 13).  Just hangs on the load screen.  Reinstalled.  Deleted PD8.bin file.  Problem persists.

Please advise.  Recommend you pin a note that captures the recommended steps to solve this problem without requiring customers to have to read every thread.

go to %localappdata%\megadev\plitch\data and delete the pdb.in - after that restart your client. If this does not fix it, please delete the entire data folder.
If this happens again, can you please send us the log files via a ticket:

I'm having the same issue with Plitch stuck on the loading screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Plitch, turned off my fire wall  still not working. I dont have %localappdata%\megadev\plitch\data. I sent a couple tickets and nothing is working...

You need to have the folder %localappdata% ever PC does since Win7
Just copy "%localappdata%\megadev\plitch\data" into the bar of your explorer
or click
Windows-KEY + R and paste it in there.
