Codes not all working

Yesterday the codes were all working just fine. Today some of them are not, particularly the money ones and the oil one. For some reason they stay greyed out. And yes I did do the prepare code first.

the game has not received an update since then. So if the cheats worked yesterday, they should still work.
Uplay, Uplay+ or Steam?
Have you verified your gamefiles for errors in Uplay/Steam?
