the trainer should be up to date.
Were you able to activate the prepare?
Did you activate all of the cheats AFTER loading into your savegame?

Godmode and Easy Kills activate, but don't actually do anything in game.

But, the other codes didn't work either. I was taking damage so I wasn't in god mode. Then not entirely sure what easy kills are. I assume never miss, or 1 hit kills. Neither of which worked.
