After I use the one for the eggs it blocked my collection and I cannot see or choose my pets.

we tested this and couldn't find interference from the game's anti cheat, are you playing with mods or using any other trainers?

Nope, no other trainer, I just opened this one spam for like 500 eggs and when I reached to check the pets I have got a lock on the collection tab.

Also something else that happend, the button which stacks x5 opening for eggs disappeard.

I've opened a lot of eggs too now but my collection isn't locked, however there seems to be a cooldown when you switch pets for 24h

I tried to reinstall it and validate the files but nothing has changed, the collection is still blocked

Hiya,
okay, after restarting the game the lock appeared for me too
The solution is: just spend enough eggs until you have less than 30 or so (it may go even higher) and restart the game, the collection is then unlocked again
