Please make sure to select the correct version in the trainer whether you're playing Red Alert or Tiberian Dawn.
What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare?
Is your numpad turned on?

Nope. Not working. PC, Steam.  Default NUM0 then LCTRL not working. NUM0 makes sound/activates, LCTRL nothing happens including changing keys.

Have you tried gaining/spending some of the resources before and after activating the resource cheats (while prepare is active)?
