please try to run both PLITCH and Steam as an administrator (right-click on the desktop icon and then "run as administrator"). Then start the game with the "PLAY" button in PLITCH.
Make sure to only activate the "Prepare" when your savegame is fully loaded.

same with me. since 19/03 , running both on admin, activating only after full load, starting new game... crashes after few seconds in game.

please try to verify your game files in Steam for errors (right-click on the game in your Steam library < properties < installed files < verify integrity of games files).

i dont use any mods nor other trainers. i disabled my avast and it worked, it is possible avast new update is conflicting with the trainer tho. this issue didnt happen before.

Yeah, antivirus software is often very finicky when it comes to trainer software. You could also try whitelisting the entire PLITCH installation folder in Avast, that way you shouldn't have to disable it completely each time 😊
