Crashing with new update Cepheus

With Fast recruit armies,Fast build,Fast constructs ships,Fast build(on planet),when i try to build an army (clone army human) it immediately crashes.

Steam or Msstore?
Did you restart the trainer and use the updated version?

Same problem [Steam], even after several restarts and with newest trainer: Everytime you try to recruit a ground army game crashes to desktop.
