We don't have access to a car yet. 
Can you maybe send us your savegame?
You should be able to find it here
%LOCALAPPDATA%\AtomicHeart\Saved\SaveGames
then you can open up a support ticket and attach a zip folder

It also crashes (when trainer activated) after exiting maps. You enter maps to control cameras, then, when exiting it crashes. If you deactivate trained before entering maps, everything is ok. v 2023-04-06.

You can also upload the folder on wetransfer, generate a link (by clicking on the 3 dots next to "transfer") and post it in the forum
