Which platform are you using and did you select the right version in the trainer?

steam, and red alert every other cheat works the credits cheat does nothing.

Have you tried spending credits before and after activating the cheat?
Make sure you selected the 1.153 - RED ALERT, 32BIT (STEAM) verison in the trainer
