thanks for letting us know. Please try to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking the desktop icons and selecting "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the PLAY button in PLITCH and activate the cheats after fully loading your singleplayer save file.

OK I'm have run as administrator for both plitch and steam but everything I enable the infinite ammo my guy doesn't move and when I enable infinite health the game shut down

Please try to verify your game files in Steam. To do this, right-click the game in your Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files.
