I am also experiencing this, and the ability points dont stay on, they disappear.

Hey guys, 
are you playing via Steam or Msstore?
Did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/Msstore) in the trainer?

It works now. But it still does not allow you to get achievements when you use a command in the debug window.
