I tested the cheats one more time with the DLC's but it seemed to work fine
Can you check in the options if you're using DX11 or DX12?
-> Press Esc -> Options -> Video -> Quality and then the first option says "DirectX"
Have you verified your gamefiles for errors in Uplay?

UPlay Direct X12, will bypass Battle Eye and Plitch will try to hook several times before game loads up. Prepare will not activate in main menu or when in game.
UPlay Direct X11, will not bypass Battle Eye as it will load up and disable Online services , Plitch will try to hook several times before game loads up. Prepare will not activate in main or ingame.
So that is what is happening.

Alright, so I found the solution in one of your posts. I bought the game on steam and added '-BattlEyeLauncher' to both Uplay and Steam. Now the cheats work!
WeMod will bypass Battle Eye launcher via -dx11 -BattlEyeLauncher and run the cheats but because of how some of their cheats messes around with my Anti-Virus which none of Plitch's does it gets treated as a virus and mods shut down.
Plus having Plitch open at that time hooked the cheats up to working. Loading plitch up alone on either DX11 or DX12 is not hooking properly.
