Does not work
Every single time I try and launch the game via PLITCH like it says it just says that rockstar cant authenticate that I have the game, it works fine when I launch the game without PLITCH something with launching it with PLITCH is messing with the game

when using the PLAY button, the game's internet connection gets blocked to prevent that the cheats get used in online mode. However, this can occasionally lead to the problem you've described. Please simply launch the game manually via Steam, load your campaign save file, and then try to use the cheats.
