Duplicated tools after crash

I was doing my daily stuff, all of the sudden the game crashed, I loaded in and my inventory was full of tools while all my other items disappeared. I don't know if it had something to do with the dup item cheat, it was working just fine until the crash happened.

I'm playing on steam version, the crash happened when I tried loading into my house.
