sorry about second post but i'm also having issues preparing the cheats as well. i have to constantly close the program several times for it to work. also plitch takes an awful long time to open as well. or when it does it will stay blank and it will say (not responding) i have not used my pc in a bout a week and up on turning it on it was up to date and plitch last update was on the 14th of this month.

Please try a clean installation with the "Uninstall PLITCH" .exe. You can find this by right-clicking on the PLITCH icon and opening the storage location. Use it to uninstall PLITCH and then restart your PC. Then download it again with the setup from our website: https://www.plitch.com/en/downloadsoftware
Then try to start both PLITCH and Steam/MS-Store with explicit administrator rights (right-click on the desktop icon and then "run as administrator").
On which platform (Steam, MS-Store...) are you playing?
