Easy Kills

Easy kills comes on but I have not noticed any difference in defeating enemies. What kind of damage output or health nerfing takes place that makes that it "Easy Kill?"

Hey cambam44,
did you activate all of the cheats AFTER loading into your savegame?
Are the rest of the cheats working fine?

OH yea everything is working great. I just cant tell how "easy" the easy kill cheat is making it. everything takes the same amount of shots and what not as far as I can tell

I tested the cheat but it seemed to work fine
