Enable cheats wont work, and the freeze time is worthless, kills me pop in a mere 10 min. Yes it is the correct one, Steam, yes I've tried opening and closing it, tried reloading my pc, nothing works, don't want to reinstall the app for like the 12th time so far.

No, prepare was not able to be activated, Numpad is on, and I tried after loading my savefile

Can you launch steam and plitch with adminrights.

Running as admin for Plitch worked, dunno why, gave it admin permissions, but all good now

I can't activate prepare. Numpad is turned on and I tried it after loading a saved game. It still didn't work.
