Enable cheats not working(Yes it is on the right type)

Enable cheats wont work, and the freeze time is worthless, kills me pop in a mere 10 min. Yes it is the correct one, Steam, yes I've tried opening and closing it, tried reloading my pc, nothing works, don't want to reinstall the app for like the 12th time so far.

Were you able to activate the prepare?
Is your numpad turned on?
Did you activate the cheat AFTER loading into your savegame?

No, prepare was not able to be activated, Numpad is on, and I tried after loading my savefile

No, prepare was not able to be activated, Numpad is on, and I tried after loading my savefile

Running as admin for Plitch worked, dunno why, gave it admin permissions, but all good now
