Fast build on planets not working

I am sure I doing everything right as some cheats do work such as adding resources, and instant building for starbases (only tried for ship construction) however instant build for planets does not seem to work. Have added and removed items from build queue on starting planet and nothing happens when activating rapid building (on planets) Using 3.9.3 dcaf update through steam.

Hey TrustNoOne,
when playing via Steam did you make sure to select the latest Steam version in the trainer?

Yes, however I found that just checking the fast terraforming does allow fast build for planets, so I am not sure why it does not work the one that says on planet, but I at least the cheats work.

Also megastructure cheats (build and upgrade) mess up with graphics (compressed galaxy, blank screen/solar system)
