Hello. Every time I use fast movement with the latest update the whole game crashes. It only happens when you have fast movement active and you try to transport troops using transport ships, and only at the moment of boarding. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Can you send me a savegame with troops infront of a transport ship? :D
You should be able to find it here
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\
and can upload it (for example) on wetransfer, generate a link and post it in the forum
