Freeze Points not working for PACT

I've played with the NATO/Blue and had no trouble with the cheats.  As the PACT/Red player everything works fine except Freeze Points @ 3000. 
Now that I think about it, when playing PACT I had more points to buy new reinforcements in HQ then NATO but NATO had more points to buy units in the battle setup...  I'm not sure what unlimited reinforcements cheat did but maybe it wasn't working for NATO???

Hi! Thanks for the info. Could you please make sure you're running both PLITCH and the game as an administrator? Are you using the correct trainer version for the game version you're playing?

Correct version.   I right clicked on Plitch and selected RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.  Not sure how to be sure game is run that way.  Nothing changed.

You can make sure the game is being run as an administrator by launching the platform you're playing on (Steam/Epic Games Launcher) as an administrator.
