So it might be because it got updated beyond the listed version, not quite sure. But my game was working just fine for a day then suddenly crashed when using the full batteries cheat.

Are you playing the normal game or the spaced out dlc?
Did you make sure to select the right version in the trainer (normal or spaced out dlc one)

I tested the cheat and it seemed to work fine.
Can you try disabling your mod?
