Game is saying its detected tampering

So whenever i have used this trainer for this game its only been on offline mode. i have never been online with it and have always restarted the game and started it through steam when i have decided to play with friends. But one day its said its detected save game tampering, im not sure if this is a general message or for me specifically but it makes me think the trainer hasnt been disabling Elden Ring's anti cheat software properly and it still detected the trainer even when offline and when the game is started by the trainer. Just thought id make this known because now im hesitant to use the trainer at all after having the message pop up.

I been playing online with a cheated character since launch. No problems ...You messed up somewhere.

I havent though, you literally cant mess up such an easy start up procedure. i have my game set to offline, never used the trainer while actually logged in, restart the game fully before and after using the trainer. which i always start the game with the trainer itself and yet this message still popped up. Followed everything to a T and yet here we are.
