Game Requests – Info Post

How do game requests work in the forum?
To help you better understand why some requests are handled more quickly than others, we’d like to briefly explain how we process game requests internally and what priorities we follow.

Our resources are limited
Please note that our team can only create a limited number of new trainers each week. That’s why we have to carefully evaluate which games are added and when.

New releases take priority
Every week, we first check whether there are any major new game releases. If so, these titles are prioritized and assigned to a trainer maker. As soon as a game is assigned and a request exists for it, the status is changed to “In Progress.” From that point on, it’s no longer possible to vote on that title.

Few votes but still accepted?
New games are added to the game request list on the day they’re assigned internally and are immediately marked as “In Progress.” This means that they can’t receive votes from the beginning, since the title was selected directly by our team. Therefore, even requests with few or no votes may be accepted and worked on.

Selecting from community requests
If there are no major releases in a given week, or only a few that are of interest, we fall back on the most popular community requests. We usually select games that have received the most votes, or those that have gained a lot of attention recently.

Team Choice
Especially large titles that are already on our team’s radar are marked as “Team Choice.” For these games, no vote is required, as we will definitely review them. This helps ensure you can use your votes more effectively and strategically.

Thank you for your support
Your votes help us a lot in assessing demand and allocating our resources in a meaningful way. Even if we can’t implement every request immediately, we always keep an eye on all of them.
