I did that. It healed me once then nothing.

Can you send me your savegame?
You should be able to find it here
<Steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\369440\remote\
and can upload it (for example) on wetransfer, generate a link and post it in the forum.

I've tested it in your savegame and it worked as well :/
We currently do now own the DLC's ... can you deactivate them in steam and check if this changes something with the godmode?
Do you have Win7 or Win10?
