I see that all the trainer options dont work anymore maybe we need an update of the trainer

What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare or is it greyed out?
DO you own a legit copy of the game via steam?
Does the versionnumber ingame matches the one in the trainer (1.0.122.743)?

Off Course that I have the STEAM version but i dont know if it is 1.0.122.743 verison because always put dlcs and updates

Sorry it works NOW and the problem with that was NVIDIA Geforce Experience cause when i use alt  + f1 to activate FIRST  nvidia takes a snapshot now i click on activate first using the muose and everything works fine

You can also change the hotkeys to something else.
