I can't prepare the cheats. I can't press on anything it's all grey (grey in the sense I can't press). help me please

Are you running both PLITCH and the game as an administrator? Please also make sure that you've selected the correct trainer version from the version dropdown menu next to the PLAY button in PLITCH. The trainer version needs to match your game version and game platform.
