To add, I have set the game to 64 bit, even tried "ask when I start game". I only get a activate sound when the trainer is set to 32 bit. So it's like 64 bit will not work at all.

Still the same, 64 bit won't work at all. 32 bit makes the sounds but don't work. Game still set to 64 bit. Add points or Exp don't make sounds or work.

Hey MrMac,
I tested the cheats and the 64bit version seems to work fine.
Please make sure to launch the game manually via Steam and select the (x64) version (which is the 64bit one)

I also tested the 32bit version and you're right about the xp/points cheats. I added it to the to-do list.
