how do i activate money and xp cheats?

Did you follow the steps in the cheatdescriptions? (You can open them up by clicking on the "i" symbol right next to the cheat)
- For the money cheat you have to be at the vendor and gain/spend some money.
- For the xp cheat you have to open your character sheet.
