How do I delete an item
I was using the unlimited item usage and gave Seluvis's potion to Gideon and gave the potion to him. BUT, I went to talk to Seluvis and that potion is still in my key items so he won't progress to where I can buy from him. How do I get rid of that key item potion?

I'm really sorry to hear that this has caused problems. I can recommend deactivating the cheat if you have to hand in quest items, as otherwise they will not be reduced and this can lead to problems.
I can recommend a few things you can do to get rid of the item:
1. have game files checked for errors in Steam. It may be recognized here that the item is faulty and it will be removed.
2. drop the item. Normally you can simply drop excess items. However, I'm not 100% sure whether this also works with key items.
