How do i use retail,

I pressed retail, there are many options, all of them I do not really understand, I don't know if the file explorer is suppost to come up or not, because it won't

Are you playing via rockstar launcher or why did you select the retail version in the trainer? 🤔
Were you able to activate the prepare or is it greyed out?
Are you playing the singleplayer?
