What isn't working for you?
Are you playing via steam, epic or rockstar launcher and did you make sure to select the right version (steam/epic/retail) in the trainer?
Were you able to activate the prepare or is it greyed out?

Which cheat did you activate that caused the problem?
Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your singleplayer savegame?

I have download from epic but when i  click play button on plitch it not launching its asking for version .i dont understand where to put gta 5 exe file in rockstar social club or epic tell me the instruction.

The play button has nothing to do with the cheats. All it does is launching the game. If you want that, you have to go to the installation folder of the game and select this exe "GTA5.exe".
You can also start the game manually via epic.
