How do you activate the prepare cheat?

I might seem dumb, but where is the main menu. I've searched both in the game itself and in the plitch app. The prepeare is grayed out. Any help?

What do you mean by "on both occasions"? 🤔
If the prepare is greyed out pls start plitch and steam with adminrights.

What I meant was I had Police simulator running when I was checking plitch, and checking the game. I'll try the solution.
