What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare?
Is the prepare greyed out?
Is your numpad turned on?

All you have to do is open up the game and activate the cheat called "Prepare" by pressing the hotkey or clicking on the cheat manually in the trainer with your mouse.
