Did you gain some xp BEFORE and AFTER activating the cheat?

I was messing around with it but notice it only leveled up the very first character you get access to using. I loaded and reloaded and i saw the change there. I was also cycleyig between characters and hitting the XP cheat to see if it would apply but it only goes to the same first character you first play with, whether she is in use or not.

You should be able to find it here
<Steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\809890\remote\PLAYDATA0.DAT
and can upload it (for example) on wetransfer, generate a link and post it in the forum
