what exactly isn't working for you?
Please make sure to run Plitch and Steam as administrator. For that you need to rightclick on the Plitch.exe/ Steam.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Run this program as administrator.
Then all you have to do is launch the game, load into your singleplayer campaign and activate the cheat called "Prepare". After that you can use all of the cheats that are available for free members.
