I've figured out how to be able to use Godmode in game without freezing when changing tools, crouching or carrying victims but it's rather annoying.

First you need to memorize the hotkey as you'll be using it quite often, Before starting any jobs make sure that godmode is turned off and don't turn it on again until you actually need it if you have it on when you start the mission, go back to the station as it doesn't matter if you turn it off before getting out of the vehicle you'll still be frozen and will have to drive the route all over again.

Once godmode is turned on you won't be able to swap tools, crouch and move or carrying victims without being frozen in place so before you attempt to swap tools, crouch or pick up a victim quickly turn off godmode, grab tool, crouch or grab victim then turn it back on and you'll still be able to move with the new tool and/or carry victim.

Same method for going from crouching to standing again turn off godmode stand up/crouch turn it back on and same for reserve.

Do not turn godmode on while running or else you'll only be able to run until you turn godmode off again

Do not drop any tools out of reach while in godmode or you'll be stuck as turning off godmode doesn't unfreeze you unless you're able to pick up the same tool you were using when you equpted it.

The biggest downside is you're mostly on your own when turning on Godmode as the squad often won't listen to commands, or carry victims the most they'll do is bring you tool and if you're lucky open doors but only after you command them to grab a tool to do so.

If you're like me and often use the squad to carry out victims it's best to wait to turn godmode on until you've rescuded all of them or else you can keep godmode on which will keep all of the victims alive until the fire it out and then carry them all yourself.

Add XP does work but you have to tick the box before starting any mission, any attempts to add it while in mission or in mission review will not work only add in 500xp if you just want to unlock one job at a time or to unlock a job without having to do several missions to unlock the next one, Most jobs unlock at 1,000-1,500xp so even if you go slow but get the bonus you'll still make the 1,500xp needed for new job
