Just put the ID of the item you want then use the multiplier for how many, press add item and boom

Okay so I read the description it says that cheat only works when the game loaded which I assume it that I have to be playing the game. But when do I enter id of the item and the number of the item I want and how is this affected by the item pickup multiplier? I just click on both and nothing happens could explain step by step?

When activating the 'Add Item' cheat, the selected item is instantly added to your inventory. You can find the specific item ID in the cheat description by clicking the 'i' symbol next to the cheat. This cheat provides only one item amount at a time. If you want multiple (e.g., 20), set the 'Set Item Pickup Multiplier' to 20 before activating the 'Add Item' cheat. can't add certain items, they go to field pouch then disappear completely after entering a tent, for example corrupted mantle.
