I cant start the client of the app

Everytime i tried i always cant turn on it on my pc, the app is still running but only in the background and i dont know how to fix this. Can i get the introduce about this situation?

I couldnt send you an image about this to make it clear, but when i was clicking on the app, only the edge of plitch appear for about 5 secs, after that it just turned off and stood in my task manager despite any efforts. I downloaded the overlay on my pc follow your advice but still cant open it after download 🥲 and mobile app is hopeless cus i even can not access the main theme of this app 🥲 is there any other ways ? 🥲

And surprisingly this app worked very well in the past, and my computer seemed not having any problems 🥲 what a shame if can not use this anymore because this helped me very much 🥲

That sounds like a general plitch related issue instead of one for the game
