The population cheats seems to be increasing the "Current Employment" but isn't adding the pop to the "Available for Employment" so the addition is being auto-corrected back down to the total pop employed in buildings and is not actually adding more pop to the location

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, we were only able to implement cheats that modify the existing population, but not ones that add completely new ones. I hope for your understanding!

Actually, that's the entire point - we're talking about the existing population.
For example, if I show 0/1000 Laborers, it means all 1000 are already occupied and none are available for hiring.
When I add +100 laborers with the cheat, instead of getting 100/1100, I still see 0/1100. This makes no sense, because the extra 100 laborers provide no benefit at all.
On top of that, the game corrects the numbers after a few days since it's a dynamically calculated value based on current occupancy.

Thanks for the info. Have you tried using the cheat on free laborers to see if it works properly and the values don't get reset?

Unfortunately, there is no way to specify whether this cheat should apply to occupied, total, or available laborers.
Additionally, according to the instructions, I need to open the window that displays all population types.
In other words, the cheat is supposed to identify the appropriate population type by itself.
