are you playing via Steam or Msstore and did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/ Msstore) in the trainer?
Can you maybe send us your savegame?
You should be able to find it here

Msstore:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\FrictionalGames.AmnesiaTheBunker_yhrbwy6qaj8bt\SystemAppData\wgs
then you can open up a support ticket and attach a zipped folder
