Have you checked your gamefiles for errors?
My gamefiles appear to be ok. It started in the middle of gameplay. No matter what I  did the glitch would happen as soon as I clicked on the No Reload cheat. If I close out the game and restart, gameplay is fine as long as I dodn't click on No reload cheat.

mine just emptys the cilp and wont let me shoot or reload

Are you playing via steam or epic?
Did you make sure to select the correct version (steam/epic) in the trainer?
