did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?

Another cheat that is not working is the Automatic Ship Healing, I have tried activating Plitch before and after game loading with no positive results.
Other cheats are working properly, i.e. money, resources, research, and culure points.

I tested the cheat and I experienced the same issue with some fractions. With some fractions the cheats are working, for example with the basic human fraction. Does this also apply to you?
