Instant build and research do not appear to be working

Hi Team,

I have noticed that Instant build and instant research are not working, when activating it shows that they are on but research gets stuck at the last research and fast build does not work. 

Also after activating these cheats if you try and save your game it crashes the game.

Can this please be looked into?

Hey tremious! I just tested this and found that the Instant build cheat was indeed not working. I've passed that on to our Patcher team!

However, the Instant Research cheat was working properly for me: https://gyazo.com/33a02466d959e1e4668e7c5f3fc64608. Note that as shown in the video, the timer for the research did change to a negative number but the research did get completed instantly once I closed the research screen. Could you give that a try? Also, I was unable to recreate the crashes when having these cheats on: https://gyazo.com/51c1f7b69d00a9c34937b91ed04b2447. If this continues to occur for you, please disable the cheats before saving the game.
