Instant Crash

Not sure why but every time I try to play this game with Plitch the game instantly crashes. I don't know why that happens, I've tried booting it open from Plitch, Booting it up from steam and then Plitch, And booting up plitch while in a mission. None have worked. Anyone have this same problem?

Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?

Adding to this, having the same issue, any process of starting the game from either launcher, hitting perpare in the menu or in a mission causes a crash as soon as prepare is pressed.
