Are you playing via Steam, Epic or Msstore?
Did you make sure to select the correct version (steam/epic/msstore) in the trainer?
Did you activate the stealth cheat after loading into a mission?

Did you make sure to select the correct version (steam/epic/msstore) in the trainer?
Did you activate the stealth cheat after loading into a mission?

So its happening to me as well. I am using Steam, I only load the cheat after I get into the mission. I have to keep turning Invisible off and on again to get the NPCs/Targets moving again to get them where I want them to be. Its a bit frustrating to have to turn the cheat on and off the whol time

That is how the cheat works. It disables the AI.
