1: The 2 work fine except some of the NPC ships are still able to destroy my ship!
2: Now for some reason the 1,000,000 cheat isn't responding
3: The game has also crashed a few times, not sure why its up to date as well as Plitch

Did you activate the cheats AFTER loading into your savegame?

2: Did you gain/spend some credits before and after activating the cheat?
3: Which cheats did you activate that caused the game to crash? How long did you play until the game crashed?

2: Yes I completed a few small missions prior to using the cheat, and I have no issue using the 100.000 cheat just the Million one
3: I only activated the ( Prepare, Infinite ship hull, Infinite shield) I could play for an hour or two then the game just completely shut off and acted like I hadn't started it

The only difference is that you need premium for the 1 million cheat... but you are a premium member.
Can you send me your savegame?
You should be able to find it here:
\Documents\Egosoft\X4\<user-id>\save\
and can upload it (for example) on wetransfer, generate a link and post it in the forum
